==Behind the scenes==
RP-G0 first appeared in [[Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens|''Star Wars'': Episode VII ''The Force Awakens'']], a film released in North America on [[December 18]], [[2015]]. It was not identified in the film, but received a designation in the reference book ''[[Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary]]'', which was written by [[Pablo Hidalgo]] and released in conjunction with the film. Two droids with RP-G0's coloration can be seen in the same shot in the film, one of which is loaded into the [[T-70 X-wing fighter]] opposite the ''[[Millennium Falcon]]'' on D'Qar prior to the Battle of Starkiller Base and the other of which can be seen on the ground beside the same X-wing. It is unclear which of these droids is RP-G0.
