R5 Series
Required Droid Components
The standard R5 series droid will consist of the following details. Paint scheme will be determined by the model.
Dome
Body
1. Large Data Port (LDP) Located in the front, middle of the droid, at the base of the dome.
2. Utility Arms There are 2 arms located in the upper middle of the body.
3. Front Vents There are two vents on a standard R5-Unit.
4. Side Vents There are two on a standard R5-Unit, one under each leg on the body.
5. Coin Slots There is one strip on the standard R5-Unit in the front of the body.
6. Pocket Vents There are two per standard R5-Unit, toward the bottom of the body in the front and back.
7. Coin Returns There are three on a standard R5-Unit, one in the front, and two in the back toward the bottom of the main body.
8. Power Couplings There are two per standard R5-Unit, one in the front center of the body at the bottom, and one in the back center at the bottom.
9. Octagonal Ports There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted toward the bottom of the body.
10. Skirt The skirt is located on the base of the body.
Legs / Feet
1. Shoulder Horseshoes There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted on each leg.
2. Shoulder Hub There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted in the top middle section of each leg.
3. Booster Covers There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted on each leg.
4. Leg Struts There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted on each leg.
5. Main Leg
6. Shoulder Hydraulics There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted inside the long opening in the shoulder horseshoes.
7. Shoulder Buttons There are four per standard R5-Unit, mounted inside the small square openings in the shoulder horseshoes.
8. Ankle Bracelet There are two per standard R5-Unit, mounted on the leg above the ankle
9. Outer Ankle Sides There are two per standard R5-Unit.
10. Ankle Details There are four per standard R5-Unit, mounted to the front and backs of the outer ankles.
11. Ankle Cylinder Wedges There are two per standard R5-Unit, which connect the ankle cylinders to the outer ankle sides.
12. Ankle Cylinders There are four per standard R5-Unit, which mount to the ankle.
13. Ankle Cylinder Holders There are four per standard R5-Unit, which attach to the lower portion of the ankle and cradle the ankle cylinder.
14. Under Shoulder Details There are four per standard R5-Unit, that are mounted into the recessed area on the undersides of the main leg.

17. Half Moon Details There are four per standard R5-Unit, one one the outside face of each outer foot shell, and one per side of the center foot shell.
18. Foot Details All feet have foot details.
19. Battery Boxes There are two per standard R5-Unit, which fit into the insides of the outer feet.
20. Battery Box Harnesses There are four per standard R5-Unit, which mount to the front recess on the battery box.
21. Foot Hoses There are four per standard R5-Unit, which connect the battery boxes to the outer foot shells.
22. Knurled Fittings There are four per standard R5-Unit, and are on both ends of each Foot Hose
23. Foot Strips There are six per standard R5-Unit, each foot shell will have a foot strip mounted from and back in the middle.
