C2-B5 was a black-plated astromech droid in the service of the Galactic Empire.[1] It received regular memory wipes, and as a result did not possess any distinctive personality traits. In 0 BBY, it served within the vault of the Citadel on Scarif, searching for needed maintenance and performing computer network sweeps to locate any discrepancies.[2]
Behind the scenes
C2-B5 is a droid character in the Star Wars stand-alone film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The droid was revealed on The Star Wars Show on August 31, 2016.
