Lando's R5 unit was an old astromech droid into which Lando Calrissian had encoded all access codes to all doors in Cloud City. Kyle Katarn used it to get access to the upper levels of Cloud City during the Battle of Bespin.

Behind the scenes

The droid is canonical, appearing in Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, but has not been given any name. It is simply referred to as "an old R5 unit" by Lando. In the game, the droid helps the player by following Kyle around and unlocking doors for him.
