[[R5-K6]] was an [[R5-series astromech droid|R5-series]] [[Astromech droid/Legends|astromech]] [[Droid/Legends|droid]] that was built by [[Industrial Automaton/Legends|Industrial Automaton]] and belonged to [[Garven Dreis/Legends|Garven Dreis]], the [[Red Leader/Legends|leader]] of the [[Alliance to Restore the Republic/Legends|Rebel Alliance's]] [[Red Squadron (Rebel Alliance)/Legends|Red Squadron]], an elite [[T-65 X-wing starfighter|X-wing starfighter]] [[Squadron/Legends|squadron]] that participated in the assault on the [[DS-1 Orbital Battle Station/Legends|first Death Star]] at the [[Battle of Yavin/Legends|Battle of Yavin]]. R5-K6 previously served at the [[Dantooine/Legends|Dantooine]] [[Alliance to Restore the Republic/Legends|Rebel]] [[Dantooine base/Legends|base]].
