			Droids must be owned by the applicant and may not be rented, borrowed, or shared.
			Droid must be in a visually completed state and meet all of the requirements as set forth by the DRL’s.
			The applicant must submit an adequate number of photos showing all aspects and components of their droid.

			*ExO (Chief Executive Officer): The ExO is the functioning leader of the organization. The ExO calls all general and special Executive Direx meetings, determines the meeting locations, and acts as the Chairperson. The ExO at their discretion and with the consultation of the Executive Direx Board, may form temporary consulting committees and/or appoint administrative staff to develop plans or projects; and other duties which may include but are not limited to drafting policies, organizing partnerships with external parties, and providing administrative assistance to the smooth running of the organization.

			*Prex (Presiding Officer): The Prex assists the ExO in the smooth running of the DroidBuilders. The Prex will act as the Chairperson for the VicePrex Council.

			*Auditor General: The AG is responsible for overseeing the management and reporting of an organization’s finances. They provide financial reports to both the Executive Direx Board and the organization's members.

			*Imperial Advisor: honorary non-elected position for Disney or LFL representative
